Welcome to YUM PIG, where unforgettable food, bold flavors, and a little bit of fun come together to create an experience you'll never forget. We're the quirky food truck serving up pork creations that put a smile on your face and plenty of love in your belly.

When we launched YUM PIG in 2016, we had one simple goal: create a food truck that went beyond the ordinary. We didn't want to serve the same food you could find everywhere else. We wanted to bring restaurant-quality flavor, creative recipes, and a whole lot of personality to the streets.

It all begins with our signature creation... The Original. Fresh fry bread piled high with slow-smoked pulled pork, our signature OJ marinade, crisp apple-garlic coleslaw, and our world-famous BBQ sauce. One bite and you'll discover where the YUM began.

Looking for another crowd favorite? Try our Rosemary Pulled Pork served over crispy golden fries, topped with shoestring potatoes and fresh scallions. It's simple, savory, and downright unforgettable.

Ready for something adventurous? Meet The Mundo. Tender tequila-lime pulled pork rests on a crispy fried corn cake before being topped with black bean and corn salsa, our secret garlic sauce, and our signature Hatch pepper and bacon relish. It's a bold flavor journey south of the border.

Then there's The Cowboy, a longtime customer favorite. Creamy mac and cheese loaded with our Original pulled pork and finished with rich smoked cheddar. It's comfort food taken to legendary status.

In 2018, we introduced our now-famous Loaded Fries, and they've become a fan favorite in their own right. Crispy golden fries are piled high with our signature OJ pulled pork, Tillamook® shredded cheddar, garlic cream sauce, bacon, and our Hatch pepper and bacon relish. Every bite is loaded with flavor.

The menu continued to grow. Our Mexican Flag Diablo Fries and Colombian Nachos quickly became customer favorites, bringing bold international flavors that perfectly complement our signature slow-smoked pork.

And the pork-inspired goodness doesn't stop with the entrées. Save room for dessert! From our decadent fried bread pudding with bacon to our famous YUM BALLS served with warm whiskey butter sauce, we've found a way to make dessert just as unforgettable as dinner.

In 2025, YUM PIG took another exciting step by bringing the YUM from the food truck into kitchens across America. We introduced our signature BUTT Rub Seasonings, giving home cooks the same bold flavors our customers have enjoyed for years.

That same year, we launched our line of Feed Trough Starters™, featuring 12 unique flavors and more than 30 easy-to-follow recipes designed to make slow-cooker meals simple, delicious, and full of YUM.

As if that wasn't enough, we expanded into specialty coffee with 11 premium coffees sourced from around the world. Whether you're brewing your first cup of the morning or gathering with family and friends, our coffees deliver the same quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that have defined YUM PIG since day one.

Since opening in 2016, we've had the privilege of serving more than 60,000 customers, and every order has helped shape the story of YUM PIG.
