Welcome to YUM PIG, the quirky food truck serving up unforgettable pork creations that will put a smile on your face and plenty of love in your tummy.

When we launched YUM PIG in 2016, we had one goal: create a food truck that went beyond the ordinary. We didn't want to serve typical food truck fare. We wanted to bring restaurant-quality flavors, creative recipes, and a whole lot of personality to the streets.

It all starts with our signature creation, The Original. Fresh fry bread piled high with slow-smoked pulled pork, our signature OJ marinade, crisp apple-garlic coleslaw, and our world-famous BBQ sauce. One bite and you'll understand why it's where the YUM began.

Looking for another favorite? Try our Rosemary Pulled Pork served over golden fries and topped with crispy shoestring potatoes and fresh scallions. It's simple, savory, and absolutely unforgettable.

Feeling adventurous? Meet The Mundo. Tender tequila-lime pulled pork rests on a crispy fried corn cake, then gets topped with black bean and corn salsa, our secret garlic sauce, and our signature Hatch pepper and bacon relish. It's a flavor adventure south of the border.

Then there's The Cowboy, our longtime crowd favorite. Creamy mac and cheese loaded with our Original pulled pork and finished with rich smoked cheddar. It's comfort food taken to legendary status.

In 2018, we introduced our now-famous Loaded Fries, and they've become a fan favorite in their own right. Crispy golden fries are covered with our signature OJ pulled pork, Tillamook shredded cheddar, garlic cream sauce, bacon, and our Hatch pepper and bacon relish. Every bite is loaded with flavor.

The menu kept growing. Our Mexican Flag Diablo Fries and Colombian Nachos quickly became customer favorites, adding bold international flavors that perfectly complement our signature pulled pork.

And the pork-inspired goodness doesn't stop with the entrées. Save room for dessert! From our decadent fried bread pudding with bacon to our famous YUM BALLS served with warm whiskey butter sauce, we've found a way to make dessert just as unforgettable as dinner.

In 2025, YUM PIG took another exciting step by bringing the YUM from the food truck into kitchens across America. We introduced our signature BUTT Rub Seasonings, giving customers the same bold flavors they've come to love at our events.

That same year, we launched our line of world-class Crock Pot Starters, featuring 12 incredible flavors and more than 30 easy-to-follow recipes that make home cooking simple, delicious, and full of YUM.

As if that wasn't enough, we expanded into specialty coffee with 11 varieties of premium coffees sourced from around the world. Whether you're brewing your morning cup or gathering with family and friends, our coffee delivers the same quality and attention to detail that has defined YUM PIG since day one.

Since opening in 2016, we've had the privilege of serving more than 60,000 customers, and every order has helped make YUM PIG what it is today. To every customer who's stood in line, brought friends, shared a meal, or supported our small business, thank you.
